Guy Harding could well be Britain’s fittest banker and he goes to extreme lengths to maintain his incredibly hench physique.

The 23-year-old chows down on up to 19 eggs and half a kilo of meat every day in a bid to fuel his mammoth muscles.

The Lloyds Bank employee has to squeeze in his seven daily meals by taking three lunch breaks at work.

Guy also obsessively works out seven times a week to hone a different muscle group each time – and he even has the key to his local gym so he can pump iron whenever he fancies.

Speaking exclusively to Daily Star Online, Guy revealed what kind of work has gone into his dramatic body transformation.

He said: “I first got into bodybuilding at the age of 16.

“This was going to the gym and picking up weights: the very basic.

“Fell in love and never looked back.

"Started real hard dieting and training in 2014, this is when the real results started happening.”

BEEF CAKE: Guy Harding has packed on a serious amount of muscle since he was 18

To sculpt his stacked arms and carve out his rippling abs, Guy gorges on three times the amount of food a regular Joe eats.

He said: “When I'm ‘off season’ – this is when I'm trying to grow – I eat around 6,000 calories a day.

“I include two cheat meals a week which are normally pizza or burger and chips or a Chinese takeaway.”

The fitness fanatic, who lives with his girlfriend Cyprus, has been into sports for many years, playing a mix of football, tennis, badminton and cricket from a young age along with boxing for his local club for eight years.

But after a number of years, Guy started to focus his attention towards bodybuilding instead.

Although he was in great shape before, Guy has taken his training to another level to achieve his fitness goals.

He trains for up to two hours a day in the gym, typically blasting 600 calories during a weight session and 500 calories during an hour of cardio.

But Guy’s fit lifestyle also involves a lot of sacrifices and the perfect physique doesn’t come without a price.

He said: “Bodybuilding is a very selfish sport.

“Sacrifices are very often, definitely when on competition prep.

“I have to miss family meals, family parties, can't go on holidays, no late nights, but to me this isn't a true sacrifice as to me I love bodybuilding and therefore don't want to party and go out with the lads drinking.”
