Presenting the brand engagement index as on May 3, 2017

The index looks at the live list of all advertisers on the platform and measures the total number of user engagements with all the tweets that they sent out that week - specifically this is a sum of all the replies, retweets and favourites across all tweets that week.

1) @Flipkart

To celebrate their 10 year anniversary, @Flipkart took their followers on a #FlipkartThrowback10 journey. They made use of a 360 photo to remember the milestones they've achieved in the past 10 years. Using this, @Flipkart then posed some questions to their followers, including asking about fans' personal story and experiences with Flipkart.

2) @oppomobileindia

In anticipation of their latest #SelfieExpert mobile phone #OPPOF3 which was launched on 4 May, @oppomobileindia created buzz and excitement amongst their fans by giving them a chance to win the smartphone. All they had to do was to retweet the tweet sent out by @oppomobilephone. The #OPPOF3 phone that was given away had been signed by cast members of the film Baahubali 2.
3) @GoogleIndia

@GoogleIndia celebrated the 88th birth anniversary of Singanalluru Puttaswamayya Muthuraju, known to most as #Rajkumar with a series of tweets that celebrates his achievements. A #GoogleDoodle of Rajkumar's face on a cinema screen was created on 24 April, and @GoogleIndia also promoted a playlist of 50 years of his finest music found on #GooglePlayMusic in a video they tweeted.

4) @GodrejAppliance

@GodrejAppliance asked their fans an interesting question on Twitter which got them lots of engagement. The #FridgeLogic tweet mentioned that the way one uses their fridge reflects and speaks a lot about their personality. Followers were urged to take part in a survey about their usage and thoughts about their fridge.
5) @Spices_Board

Over the past few weeks, @Spices_Board has been sharing their knowledge about various kinds of spices that exists with their followers, like their benefits and what they can be used for in #MasalaMantra. To keep their followers engaged and excited, @Spices_Board tested them by asking them to list down all the spices they've covered.
